Help with Seinexis Download.

The browser extension works with the Seinexis Download Windows application. It is not a standalone downloader.

Start here

  1. Ensure Seinexis Download is installed and running on your Windows computer.
  2. Ensure the Seinexis Download browser extension is enabled.
  3. Retry the download or capture action.
  4. Review the application’s History or Needs attention area, where appropriate.

Browser integration

When a browser capture is requested, the extension communicates with the installed Seinexis Download application on the same computer. If the desktop app is not installed or available, browser integration cannot complete its handoff.
